1. Technology overview
NAWAH develops and manufactures architectured nanomaterials based on vertically aligned carbon nanotubes (VACNT) that are structured, shaped and functionalized at nanoscale. The company traces its roots to research at France's CEA and MIT, and operates facilities in Rousset, France, and Englewood near Dayton, Ohio, United States. Its NAWAH-Stitch platform supplies VACNT-based materials, delivered as ready-to-use layers in rolls on a variety of carriers, to add mechanical, electrical and thermal properties to next-generation composites. A second platform, NAWAH-Catalyst, aimed at next-generation fuel cells and electrolysers, is announced as coming soon.
