Workato

Workato is an enterprise integration and automation platform (iPaaS) that connects business applications, data and workflows and is used to build and govern AI agents. Teams use prebuilt connectors for applications such as Salesforce, Slack, Workday, NetSuite and ServiceNow to automate processes like order-to-cash and employee onboarding. The platform includes API management, an AI gateway, MCP servers that expose enterprise apps and data to AI agents, an agent builder, document processing, B2B/EDI and robotic process automation. Software companies can also embed Workato integrations inside their own products.
