Arincare is a Bangkok-based pharmacy software company built by pharmacist-owners, with more than 10 years of experience in pharmacy software. It helps independent drugstores and pharmacy chains digitize sales, stock and regulatory reporting, and connect to wholesalers and online channels.

The cloud platform combines point of sale, inventory with lot and expiry tracking, customer and patient history, multi-branch management, ordering from major wholesalers, e-prescription and e-referral, and Thai FDA-style drug reports. Arincare Telepharmacy adds remote pharmacist consultations through the pharmacy's own LINE Official Account or app. More than 6,000 pharmacies use the platform.

Telepharmacy is approved by the Thai FDA and the company says it charges no commission on services. Unlimited users and monthly training workshops.

Retail pharmacies in Southeast Asia are under pressure to digitize stock and prescriptions as regulators push e-prescriptions and connected drug reporting. Telepharmacy is being formalized under certified systems in Thailand, while Vietnam is rolling out e-prescription links between hospitals and pharmacies.
