FPT.eHospital 2.0+

FPT Information System (FPT IS) is the systems integration and software arm of FPT Corporation in Vietnam. Its healthcare unit builds hospital management software to help public and private hospitals digitize operations, meet Ministry of Health and health insurance rules and move toward paperless hospitals.

FPT.eHospital 2.0+ is a smart hospital management system built on a service-oriented architecture with 12 software groups, including HIS, LIS, RIS-PACS, EMR, smart kiosk and queue, multi-channel payment, e-signature, the Nucia app for clinicians and the Patio patient app, HR and finance. It offers clinical decision support, speech-to-text input, chatbots and BI dashboards, supports HL7 and DICOM, and is deployed at hospitals such as Cho Ray, Bach Mai and Hoan My.

Circular 13/2025/TT-BYT required Vietnamese hospitals to deploy electronic medical records by 30 September 2025 and other facilities by the end of 2026. This deadline, together with e-prescription links and national health data integration, is driving demand for integrated HIS, EMR and PACS platforms.
