Suppliers join through a free portal, which lowers barriers to collecting plot data from small producers. Automated risk scoring that combines satellite, legality and certification data speeds up due diligence. Direct DDS submission to TRACES, with reference numbers synced back to SAP, keeps customs and ERP records aligned.

Large EU buyers are cascading EUDR data requests to suppliers worldwide, and many prefer platforms connected to their ERP.
