GHG LeadOn GHG Inventory & ESG Platform

Lead On GHG Solutions Joint Stock Company is a Hanoi-based provider of greenhouse gas management and inventory software, registered in December 2025 and built on the ISO consulting background of Lead On Consulting and Technology JSC. It helps Vietnamese companies meet mandatory GHG inventory rules, ISO 14064 reporting and export requirements such as the EU CBAM.

The GHG LeadOn platform automates collection, storage, processing and analysis of activity data, calculates emissions by source and produces inventory reports. The BASIC plan covers Scope 1 and 2 inventories under Decree 06/2022/ND-CP, while the PROFESSIONAL plan adds ISO 14064-1:2018 reporting with Scope 3, hotspot and carbon intensity analysis. Further modules cover CBAM declarations, energy efficiency monitoring, ESG and circular economy self-assessments and an AI assistant named Carbonia. It targets manufacturers and exporters.

A cement or steel plant on the mandatory list can prepare its annual Decree 06 inventory and verification file. A textile or wood exporter can build ISO 14064-1 reports with Scope 3 for EU buyers. An industrial group with several factories can compare energy efficiency and emissions across sites.

Companies on the mandatory inventory list can produce Decree 06 reports for Scope 1 and 2 without building spreadsheets in-house. Exporters get ISO 14064-1 and CBAM-ready data with Scope 3 coverage. Pricing is published per facility per year (35 or 45 million VND), and experts support setup and training online.

Vietnam requires facilities on the national list of large emitters to submit periodic GHG inventory reports, and a domestic carbon market is being piloted. At the same time the EU CBAM moves into its definitive phase from 2026, pushing exporters of steel, aluminium, cement and fertiliser to prove product-level emissions data.
