Noodoe is an EV charging and energy management software company headquartered in Plano, Texas, with offices in the United States and Taiwan and deployments in 19 countries. It equips new and expanding charging solution providers, fleets, multifamily housing, hospitality and public parking operators with software and hardware so they can offer charging without building their own systems.

Its cloud-native, hardware-agnostic Noodoe EV OS connects through OCPP to more than 300 charger models from over 65 manufacturers and supports over 1,400 DC charging ports. AI-driven features cover automated pricing, diagnostics and fault recovery, access control, membership and promotional charging, smart load management and API integration. The energy management module unifies EV charging, battery storage and solar on one dashboard. For fleets it adds smart scheduling, vehicle-based management and driver access control, with site preparation, installation, activation and maintenance support.

Operators get a 99.9% software uptime guarantee with automatic diagnostics that keep chargers earning. Hardware-agnostic OCPP support lets them reuse existing chargers or mix brands. Noodoe states that its generative AI advisor on Amazon Bedrock raises charging station revenues by 10 to 25%, and load management lets sites add more chargers than their electrical capacity would otherwise allow.

Charging operators worldwide are combining chargers with storage and solar, which requires software that manages energy as well as sessions. In Southeast Asia and Vietnam, many new charging providers lack in-house platforms and rely on resellers and hardware-agnostic systems that work with chargers from several manufacturers.
