Accops HySecure ZTNA

Accops Systems is an Indian end-user computing and zero trust access company founded in 2012 in Pune by Vijender Yadav and Mohan Bhat. Reliance Jio took a majority stake in 2023. Accops serves around 1,000 organizations in 12 countries with remote access, VDI, MFA and endpoint products for banks, insurers, IT services firms and government.

HySecure is a ZTNA gateway for private application access. It creates an isolated encrypted tunnel per application across layers 4 to 7, forming a software-defined perimeter that hides internal apps. Before granting access it evaluates user identity and role, device posture, time, location and access patterns. It supports web, RDP, SSH, VNC, client-server, SaaS and VDI applications through agent-based or clientless browser access, and can run on-premises, in public cloud or as a service.

A Vietnamese bank can give branch and remote staff access to core apps through per-app tunnels instead of a full VPN. An IT outsourcing company can let offshore developers reach client systems via SSH or RDP with device posture checks. An insurer can provide agents with clientless browser access to policy systems.

Per-application tunnels prevent lateral movement that a traditional VPN allows. Contextual checks on device health, antivirus and OS updates block non-compliant endpoints, including BYOD. Agentless browser access lets contractors and partners reach web apps without installing software. Built-in web application protection against OWASP Top 10 and bot management adds a layer in front of internal apps.

Hybrid work and growing use of contractors are pushing organizations to replace VPNs with zero trust access.
