Snaptrude Inc. is a building design software company led by founder and CEO Altaf Ganihar, with a team of about 100 architects, construction professionals, engineers and mathematicians. It addresses the fragmented early design stage, where architects juggle spreadsheets, sketching tools and BIM authoring software and lose time re-modelling when a concept moves into documentation.

The browser-based platform runs as one connected model across four stages: Program, Design, BIM and Present. Snaptrude AI creates space programs from prompts, briefs or sites, researches zoning and building regulations, generates adjacencies and stacking options, and produces renders. Massing converts to BIM elements such as walls, floors and roofs in one click, with Revit and Rhino exchange and real-time collaboration. Users are architecture and design firms working on hospitals, schools, housing and mixed-use buildings.

In 2025 Snaptrude reported 30x growth in active users, 6x growth in customer adoption and more than one million square feet designed on real projects. Live-linked program tables update the 3D model automatically, cutting manual area checks, and direct Revit export avoids rebuilding concepts during design development. The platform is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant with private IP isolation for AI queries, and a free tier lets firms try it before buying.

Governments in Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, are phasing in BIM requirements for public and large projects, raising demand for tools that let design firms adopt BIM without long training. Generative AI is moving into early-stage architecture, where faster feasibility studies and area checks help developers decide on land and product mix sooner.
