SchoolAI, Inc. is based in Lehi, Utah, and was founded by CEO Caleb Hicks with cofounders Kevin Morrill and Cahlan Sharp. District tools add guardrails across schools, local policy and curriculum context, critical safety alert routing and usage reports, with rostering and LMS integration including an embedded Canvas sidekick.
