Cautio is the brand of Covert Eye Technologies Private Limited, a Bengaluru-based startup founded in 2023 by Ankit Acharya and Pranjal Nadhani. It builds affordable AI-powered dashcams and a fleet operating system for commercial vehicles in India, aiming to improve driver and rider safety and reduce road accidents for ride-hailing, logistics, bus and school transport fleets.

The AI dual camera records the road ahead and the cabin, with an optional rear camera for 360-degree coverage, Full HD streaming, two-way audio, a Smart SOS button that triggers live video and alerts, and precise location tracking.
