Fabriq is a French software company founded in 2019 by Octave Lapeyronie and François Déchelette, who met through the industrial venture studio OSS Ventures, and run from Paris. It digitizes lean and continuous improvement routines that factories usually run on whiteboards, paper and spreadsheets, and reports deployment on more than 1,000 sites in 64 countries with over 80,000 daily users.

The platform connects shop-floor teams to management on desktop, mobile and touch screens. It covers visual management dashboards, daily routines and checklists, tickets and action plans with problem-solving standards such as 8D and 5W, KPI tracking, audits and field tours, and team communication. AI-assisted knowledge management finds similar past tickets, and connectors pull data from ERP, MES, CMMS and BI tools. Users include Bel, LVMH Parfum, Scania, Merck and Nexans.

Fabriq reports up to 30% efficiency gains, problem resolution twice as fast, ROI within three months and two hours a day saved for team leaders. A Forrester Total Economic Impact study it cites found a 339% ROI and 29 million euro net present value over five years. Shared standards across sites make it easier to replicate good practices in multi-plant groups.

Lean programs often stall because routines live on paper and results are hard to follow across shifts and plants. Manufacturers now look for lightweight digital tools that frontline teams actually use. Vietnamese and Southeast Asian plants of multinational groups are being asked to run the same daily management systems as their headquarters.

Founded in 2019 in connection with OSS Ventures and based in Paris, fabriq states it raised 22 million in 2025 and had equipped more than 600 industrial sites that year. It displays an ISO certification logo and a CyberVadis badge, and the site is available in French, English, Italian and German.
