Amnic Inc., co-founded by Sathya Narayanan Nagarajan and based in Los Altos, California per its privacy policy, builds a cloud cost observability platform for DevOps, SRE, FinOps and finance teams. It tackles cloud bills that are hard to attribute, slow to report and full of unexplained spikes.

In May 2025 it launched Amnic AI, a FinOps operating system built on AWS with context-aware agents: X-Ray gives a cloud cost health check in about 30 seconds, Insights answers natural-language questions for each audience, Governance detects anomalies, manages budgets and enforces tag hygiene, and Reporting generates tailored reports.
