EasyBooks Online Accounting Software

EasyBooks is a web-based accounting software developed by Softdreams, a Hanoi-based technology and trade investment company with a branch in Ho Chi Minh City. It serves enterprises, household businesses and outsourced accountants who need to keep books under Vietnamese regulations while invoices and tax filings move fully online.

The software has 16 modules covering cash and bank, purchasing, inventory, sales, fixed assets, payroll, costing, contracts, tax, invoices and loan agreements, and follows Circulars 99, 133 and 152. It applies AI to automate data entry and posting, syncs purchase and sales invoices from the tax authority, integrates e-invoices from EasyInvoice, Viettel and BKAV, and connects to e-tax and e-banking. It warns of counterparties whose tax codes are flagged as absconded or under enforcement. Softdreams states more than 14 years of experience serving over 350,000 businesses and household businesses.
