DauThau.Net Private e-Procurement Network

DauThau.Net is operated by Bidding Ecosystem JSC (Cong ty Co phan He sinh thai Dau Thau), registered in Hanoi in July 2022, and presents itself as the first bidding network for the private sector in Vietnam. It is the second stage of an ecosystem developed by VINADES after DauThau.info, a public tender information service launched in 2018 with more than 80,000 accounts from over 40,000 contractor businesses.

Companies use DauThau.Net to publish invitations to bid and competitive quotation requests to a large existing base of suppliers, receive bids online and select winners. Recent additions include automatic creation of bidding documents, selecting several winning bidders in one notice, an e-Profile package for supplier capability profiles and single sign-on through iportal.vn. It is built on the open-source NukeViet platform.

Vietnam's Law No. 90/2025/QH15 removed the requirement for state-owned enterprises to follow the Bidding Law for their own procurement, opening room for private e-procurement platforms. Private companies also want more transparent, competitive quotations than informal calls to known suppliers.

The operator, Bidding Ecosystem JSC (HSTDT.,JSC), has enterprise code 0110063972 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment on 18 July 2022 and is based at the Song Da building, 131 Tran Phu, Ha Dong, Hanoi. DauThau.Net meets ISO/IEC 27001:2022 and received the Top Industry 4.0 Vietnam (I4.0 Awards) certificate in June 2025.
