Arviem AG is a Swiss provider of cargo security, real-time visibility and supply chain intelligence, founded in 2008 and headquartered in Baar, Switzerland. It serves cargo owners, manufacturers, freight forwarders, insurers, ports and warehouses shipping sensitive goods such as food, beverages and perishables, high-value goods and mission-critical goods such as chemicals and pharmaceuticals. It reports more than 70,000 shipments monitored in 106 countries, 15 logistics hubs and employees in 15 countries.

Arviem sells monitoring as a service: it selects and leases IoT devices from more than 20 manufacturers, ships and recovers them, and runs 24/7 monitoring teams in Singapore, Mexico, Greece and Central Europe. Devices attached at loading track temperature, humidity, light, shock, location and door openings over cellular, RFID or satellite links. The device-agnostic platform gives real-time alerts, predictive ETA, carrier and route performance analysis, carbon footprint reporting and API links to ERP and TMS systems.

Vietnam's export manufacturing and agri-food sectors, together with supply chain shifts into Southeast Asia, increase demand for container condition and security monitoring, reflected in Arviem's 2026 entities in Singapore and Vietnam.

Arviem AG was founded in 2008 and is headquartered at Haldenstrasse 5, Baar, Switzerland, with EU Horizon 2020 funding (grant 885924). In June 2026 it incorporated subsidiaries in Singapore and Vietnam. Recent partners include Tech Mahindra (2025), Kirsen, Nexxiot and Virdis Chemicals (2026), and it co-launched the Smart Container Alliance in February 2025.
