HPT SmartNOC IT Monitoring Solution

HPT is a Vietnamese ICT solutions and services provider that sells SmartNOC, the HPT Smart Network Operation Center, as a customizable IT system monitoring product. Contact details on its site are Ho Chi Minh City telephone numbers.

SmartNOC is built on the open-source Zabbix platform under the GPL v2 licence, with additional modules developed by HPT. It monitors hardware, software and services across enterprise IT systems, gathers system status in one view, raises alerts through several channels and suggests fixes to shorten detection and incident repair time.

• Full-system monitoring: tracks hardware, software and services across the IT estate.
• Multi-channel alerting: instant notifications through several channels.
• Automatic analysis: suggestions to keep workflows running and repair incidents.
• Centralized web console: management interface in a single place.
• Customizable modules: HPT extends the Zabbix core for specific needs.
• Broad OS support: monitors many operating systems.

• Enterprise IT teams building a network operation center.
• Retail and telecom operators monitoring large fleets of network devices.
• Banks and public bodies tracking uptime of core servers.

• One consolidated view of the health of servers, network and applications.
• Multi-channel alerts shorten the time to detect and respond to incidents.
• Automatic analysis suggests fixes to keep systems running.
• Open-source Zabbix core avoids dependence on proprietary monitoring licences.

As Vietnamese enterprises and banks run more hybrid IT estates, centralized monitoring and observability centers are becoming a baseline requirement for uptime. Locally supported products built on open-source cores serve organizations that want lower licence cost.

HPT states more than 27 years in ICT solutions. SmartNOC is listed in the Sao Khue 2025 list under tools and applications. Core is Zabbix, created by Alexei Vladishev and supported by Zabbix SIA.
