Navisoft (Nam Viet Software Solutions and Services Joint Stock Company) is a Hanoi-based software company founded in 2007. It builds software for securities firms, banks and financial institutions in Vietnam, covering trading, post-trade and exchange-side systems.

NovaTrade is its securities solution family, split into a Trading Suite and a Core Back-Office Suite. The Trading Suite covers the order and transaction lifecycle, smart order routing, portfolio monitoring and real-time risk control. The back-office suite covers account opening, custody, settlement, margin lending, corporate actions, fee and tax calculation and reporting, with connection to the Vietnam Securities Depository by file or API. The logo wall lists SSI, TVSI, AAS, DNSE, HDBank, VPBank and the HNX, HSX and VSD market bodies.
