Traceloop LLM Reliability Platform

Traceloop builds an LLM reliability platform that connects evaluation and monitoring in a continuous feedback loop, and is the maintainer of the open-source OpenLLMetry SDK built on OpenTelemetry. Its privacy policy lists a Tel Aviv address for Vecinity Israel Ltd. In March 2026 its CEO Nir Gazit announced that Traceloop is joining ServiceNow.

The platform captures prompts, responses and latency with one line of code, runs built-in evaluators for faithfulness, relevance and safety, and lets teams train custom evaluators. Quality gates can run on every pull request or in real time, and drift monitoring flags quiet quality drops. The homepage shows Hibob, Target, Miro, IBM and Babbel logos.

Instrumentation takes one line of code and is based on the open OpenTelemetry standard, which limits lock-in. Evaluations run automatically in CI so prompt regressions are caught before release. Drift monitoring warns when model quality falls quietly. Deployment is available in cloud, on-premise or air-gapped form, and SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance are listed.

LLM observability is consolidating into larger platforms, as the Traceloop move into ServiceNow shows, while OpenTelemetry becomes the common instrumentation layer. Vietnamese firms embedding LLMs in customer service and back-office workflows need regression testing and drift alerts.
