Quadient (listed on Euronext Paris) markets Parcel Pending by Quadient, a smart locker solution for residential, retail, carrier, commercial and university clients. The company addresses failed deliveries, returns handling and parcel storage by giving recipients 24/7 self-service access points.

The lockers are carrier-agnostic and location-agnostic, support deliveries, returns, exchanges and storage, and are offered in different sizes, including drop box lockers for carriers and retailers. An Open Locker Network lets any major carrier deliver to shared lockers. Quadient reports over 28,200 locker units installed across the US, Japan and Europe, with a target of 40,000 by 2030.
