Peckish AI Stocktake

Peckish is an Amsterdam-based company (Peckish B.V.) founded in 2023 by former Uber employees. It offers an AI stocktaking platform for pubs, bars and restaurants, replacing manual counts that consume staff time and hide waste.

Users film shelves with a phone and the platform counts bottles, kegs and other stock. It adds ordering to par sent to supplier email, invoice processing, variance and cost-of-goods reports and a recipe and gross profit builder. It connects to POS systems and an open API, and runs on web and mobile apps.

Counts stock in minutes from phone video, with up to 99% accuracy claimed on the site. Ordering to par and invoice processing cut admin work. Variance and cost reports expose waste and margin leaks. Pricing starts at 69 GBP per month with a 14-day free trial.

Restaurants and bars operate on thin margins where stock variance and food waste erode profit, yet stocktaking is still largely manual. AI vision lowers the cost of frequent counts. In Vietnam, growing restaurant and bar chains need inventory control across multiple outlets.
