Blify is a Paris-based startup building an AI-native learning operating system for corporate training. It targets the low engagement of traditional learning management systems by delivering training inside the tools employees already use, such as Microsoft Teams, Slack and WhatsApp.

Companies build AI Learning Agents from their own knowledge, including PDFs, decks, SCORM packages and connected tools. The agents train and coach employees through quizzes, role-plays, podcasts and short videos, personalised by role and context. Dashboards measure retention and pre/post assessment results.
