Soul Parking Operating System and Compact Motorcycle Storage

Soul Parking is a Jakarta-based parking technology and management company led by co-founders Kenneth Darmansjah and Unggul Depirianto. It addresses traffic and illegal parking in dense Indonesian cities by helping property owners digitise their parking assets and fit more vehicles, especially motorcycles, into limited land.

Its cloud-based Operating System connects parking equipment with user, attendant and cashier apps, supports digital payments and shows each site's performance in real time, including payment method, duration, check-in and check-out times. Compact Motorcycle Storage is a portable multi-level structure for two-wheelers that can turn a 60 square metre area into stacked parking, with CCTV monitoring and insurance coverage. Further modules include access control, handheld mobile ticketing, valet and a driver app with QR booking and e-wallet payment. Clients are apartments, hospitals, offices, malls, retail, recreation areas, residential estates and traditional markets.

Hospitals and apartment buildings in Ho Chi Minh City or Hanoi can stack motorcycles on small plots to relieve overcrowded basements. Traditional markets and malls can replace paper tickets with cashless, app-based parking. Landowners near metro stations can open digitally managed parking under a revenue-sharing model.

Compact Motorcycle Storage can provide up to eight times the capacity of conventional parking in dense areas. Real-time dashboards make revenue and operations transparent and reduce operating expenses for landowners. Flexible commercial models, including revenue sharing, guaranteed income, profit sharing and outright purchase, let property owners digitise parking with little upfront cost.

Southeast Asian megacities face a shortage of parking for motorcycles, which dominate traffic, and much parking is still run with cash and paper tickets. Property owners are digitising parking to improve transparency and revenue, and Vietnam's motorcycle-heavy cities face the same space and cash-handling problems.
