iSAMS School Management Information System

iSAMS was founded in 2005 in England by alumni of Rugby School to build fully web-based school management software, and joined IRIS Software Group in 2020. It provides a cloud management information system for independent, international, online and multi-school group K-12 schools, replacing separate admissions, academic, finance and HR tools. It serves more than 1,800 schools in over 95 countries.

The platform covers student information, admissions, assessment and reporting, communication, compliance, finance and accounting, HR and payroll, payments and wellbeing. Central reporting is powered by Power BI, Central Manage gives school groups multi-campus control, and a Student Cloud Portal and AI-powered reporting were announced in 2026. Open APIs and a developer portal connect it with Canvas, Toddle, Schoolbox, Microsoft Teams and Google Classroom.
