vnEdu School Management Ecosystem

vnEdu is a school management ecosystem developed by Vietnam Posts and Telecommunications Group (VNPT), in operation since 2011 according to its website footer. It serves Vietnamese preschools, primary and secondary schools and education departments, helping them digitise administration, academic records and communication with parents in line with Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) requirements.

The ecosystem includes school management software, lesson preparation, timetable scheduling, an online learning system (LMS) and ETEP teacher training. School operations cover smart attendance with automatic absence statistics, boarding meal and nutrition management, timetables, staff, facilities and public assets, plus electronic gradebooks, digital student transcripts and competency assessments. A parent mobile app sends attendance notices and learning results. vnEdu connects directly to the MOET education database and uses the national VNeID identity platform to verify student information.
