PISANE Pea Protein

Cosucra is a Belgian producer of plant-based ingredients from yellow pea and chicory. Its ingredient brands include PISANE, FIBRULINE, SWELITE, NASTAR and EXAFINE, serving plant-based, health and nutrition, and functional performance markets.

PISANE is its pea protein range. The P960 grade, published 18 December 2025, uses particle size optimization to reduce powder cohesion and improve flowability and wettability in wet and dry extrusion, micro-pellets for protein snacks, and salt reduction strategies.
