SiftAI FM HD is a vision-based foreign material detection platform, an upgrade of the SiftAI FM first launched in 2022. AI models retrained on field data find low-density contaminants such as plastic, rubber, wood, cardboard and PPE fragments that X-ray and metal detection often miss. It was first used in meat and poultry and now extends to produce, IQF and dairy.
