CuePilot is an AI-native childcare and preschool management platform operated in the US by School OS Inc., a Delaware corporation within the Educators Labs group, which includes an Indian entity. It addresses the administrative load on preschool teachers and directors, who spend time on billing, enrolment and observation records.

The platform covers family billing with autopay, subsidy management, enrolment pipeline, ratio-based scheduling, a parent app and director dashboards. Its Cue AI module turns spoken observations into records, sorts photos by face recognition and drafts report cards. The website reports live use in 1,000+ schools, and press coverage describes 130+ schools in India and Southeast Asia at the time of funding.
