1. Technology overview
allO is a Munich-based restaurant technology company, founded in late 2020 by Cancan Liu, Teodor Rupi and Benedikt v. Lewinski. It started with ethnic cuisine restaurants and offers a point-of-sale and payments platform that has been extended to front-of-house and back-office operations.
The system bundles POS, payments, kiosk, reservations, kitchen monitor, tablet and scan-to-order, webshop, delivery integration, reporting and an inventory module in beta. A voice Reservation and Ordering Agent answers calls and enters reservations and takeaway orders; inventory and menu agents are planned. More than 1,000 restaurant locations in Germany use it.
2. Highlighted features & specifications
- POS and payments: point-of-sale with integrated allO Payment and open invoice.
- Ordering channels: kiosk, tablet ordering, scan-to-order and webshop.

- Reservation and voice agent: bookings and takeaway orders handled by an AI agent.
- Delivery integration: connects delivery marketplaces to the POS.
- Inventory and reporting: inventory module in beta plus sales reporting.
3. Potential application
A Vietnamese restaurant chain could unify POS, kitchen display and delivery orders in one system. Hotpot and buffet venues could use tablet ordering to reduce waiting staff. Restaurant groups could automate phone reservations with a voice agent.
4. Benefits
Company-claimed outcomes include 30% higher guest satisfaction, 35% higher efficiency and 40% higher tips. One platform replaces separate POS, reservation, kiosk and delivery tools. Voice agent can take bookings and takeaway orders without staff. Delivery partners such as Wolt, Uber Eats and Lieferando are integrated.
5. Market trends & opportunities
Restaurants face labour shortages and are adopting AI agents to handle phone orders and back-office tasks. In Vietnam, restaurant chains and F&B groups are consolidating POS, delivery and reservation tools and look for similar all-in-one systems.
