3YOURMIND is a Berlin based industrial software company founded in 2014, with a US entity in Novi, Michigan. It helps OEMs, operating companies and contract manufacturers produce spare and end-use parts locally and on demand, reducing large physical inventories and long supplier lead times, with a focus on additive manufacturing and other advanced production methods.

Part Identification is an AI-powered module that screens part catalogues and 2D technical drawings, using OCR and large language models to extract metadata, assess whether a part can be made with standard or advanced manufacturing, and forecast cost and lead time. Distributed Manufacturing automates on-demand ordering, quoting and production of qualified parts through a continuous data thread, with a material database of over 1,300 entries and manufacturability checks. The software is offered in secure cloud hosting, including ITAR-compliant AWS GovCloud, and serves defence, aerospace, energy and service bureau customers.

Vietnamese power plants, cement and steel producers can scan their maintenance catalogues and paper drawings to find parts that can be printed or machined locally. 3D printing service bureaus and mechanical workshops can use Distributed Manufacturing to handle quotes and orders from industrial clients. Railway and shipbuilding operators can build digital part inventories for ageing fleets.

3YOURMIND states its software can lower operational costs by up to 30%, reduce inventory by up to 75% and cut lost sales by 75%. The AI drawing analysis is reported to run up to 200 times faster than manual review and can process thousands of drawings at once. In 2024 its Distributed Manufacturing customers processed two million additive parts generating about 40 million USD in production revenue, and customers scale their AM operations by about 25% per year on average.

Manufacturers and asset operators are digitising spare parts to cope with supply chain disruption, obsolescence of legacy equipment and high inventory carrying costs, and AI is now used to read legacy drawings at scale. In Southeast Asia, factories, utilities and shipyards depend on imported equipment with long part lead times, which favours on-demand, locally produced replacement parts.

Selected in 2025 for the EUDIS Business Accelerator of the European Defence Fund from more than 400 applicants.
