AiTEN TP Series Latent Lifting AMR

AiTEN Robotics was founded in 2017 in Suzhou, China, which serves as its headquarters and R&D center. It makes lightweight transport AMRs, pallet trucks, stackers and forklifts for factories and warehouses, with regional offices in Seoul, Nagoya, Los Angeles and Barcelona and a sales office in Bac Ninh, Vietnam.

The TP series latent-lifting AMR comes in four models (TP30, TP60, TP100, TP150) rated 300 to 1,500 kg, with a 60 mm lift and speeds up to 1.9 m/s unloaded. It uses laser SLAM with in-house path planning and a dual-differential chassis for on-the-spot turns. The RDS dispatch system schedules multiple robots, and an automatic charging station supports 24/7 operation.

The robot drives under racks 40 to 50 cm high where pallet trucks cannot fit, and works in aisles up to 1.2 m wide. AiTEN lab tests claim up to 60 percent less unnecessary staff movement and 30 percent higher productivity. A modular body accepts add-on modules for different handling jobs. Automatic charging enables 24/7 operation, and a local sales office exists in Vietnam.

Electronics, consumer goods and food factories across Southeast Asia, including Vietnam, are adding AMRs to move racks and pallets without rebuilding aisles. Chinese AMR vendors are opening regional sales offices and exhibiting in Bangkok to reach ASEAN buyers.
