Akeyless Security is an identity security company incorporated in Israel with offices in Ramat Gan and New York. It addresses breaches caused by leaked credentials and privilege abuse by issuing, enforcing and revoking access for machines, AI agents and human users from one policy engine, and says it protects over 20 billion identity interactions per month for Fortune 500 enterprises.

The SaaS platform, with optional on-premises gateways, combines dynamic and rotated secrets management, multi-vault governance, certificate lifecycle management and PKI, just-in-time privileged access, a password manager, and encryption with multi-cloud KMS. It relies on patented Distributed Fragments Cryptography so the vendor never holds full keys. For AI agents, SecretlessAI keeps credentials out of agents and Agentic Runtime Authority blocks actions that exceed the assigned task.
