Anomaly Insights, Inc. (founded 2020 per HIT Consultant) develops an AI payer management platform for providers, health systems and service companies. It helps revenue teams understand payer behavior, go beyond denials and use data in claims and contract discussions.

The core Know Your Payers platform exposes payer behavior through data, while the Smart Response engine detects payment patterns across hundreds of millions of encounters, predicts denials and supports contract negotiations. It is embedded in workflows such as test ordering, claim billing and clearinghouse steps. More than 20 health systems use the platform.
