Auditstage

Auditstage is a Belgian audit-technology startup founded in 2024 by certified auditor Natalia Khamraeva. It targets fragmented audit tooling by offering a single AI-powered workspace for financial auditors.

The platform ingests trial balances and general ledgers from different ERP formats, supports audit plans, risks and procedures, sends automated document requests, prepares working papers with draft conclusions and offers review, sign-off and a client portal. An AI assistant drafts memos and cites sources. It is in pilot with a select group of audit firms.

Background validation surfaces anomalies in uploads. ISO 27001 certified with local hosting that keeps data within the client's jurisdiction.

Audit firms are replacing patchwork tools with AI-native engagement platforms as audit labour becomes scarcer, and several audit-tech seed rounds closed in 2026. Mid-sized audit firms in Vietnam and Southeast Asia, which handle many ERP formats, face similar tooling fragmentation.
