AutoS Smart Warehouse (ASRS & Four-Way Pallet Shuttle)

The vendor states that four-way shuttle racking uses up to 90% of floor area versus 50–60% for selective racking, giving 5–7 times more pallet positions in the same footprint. Each robot handles 30–40 cycles per hour, three to five times a manual forklift. Laser sensors and PLC position control support near-complete inventory accuracy, and typical payback is quoted at about three to five years.

Warehouse land and labour costs are rising around Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, while cold chain demand from seafood, agricultural and food exporters keeps growing. Locally built pallet shuttles and ASRS give Vietnamese firms a lower-cost path to dense, automated storage compared with imported systems.
