Dickson Mapping Suite and DicksonOne

Dickson makes data loggers and environmental monitoring software, with a US office in Addison, Illinois and offices in Montpellier, France and Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. Its DicksonOne cloud monitoring solution and mobile app serve regulated storage and cold storage environments.

Mapping Suite, presented in a June 2025 webinar recap, is a standalone cloud-based thermal mapping product sold by subscription. Pre-configured kits include calibrated sensors and a cellular gateway with a built-in 4G SIM, and the software identifies hot and cold spots in walk-ins and warehouses.

Cloud-based, with no on-premise server required. Subscription includes hardware, software access, calibration and support. Loggers that fail or miss too many data points are excluded automatically and documented in the report. Studies follow ISPE and PDA uniformity guidelines.

Temperature mapping of cold rooms and warehouses is a recurring GxP validation task. Vietnamese pharmaceutical distributors and cold storage operators preparing for GDP audits increasingly look for automated mapping instead of manual studies.
