Extensiv is a California-based software company focused on third-party logistics providers. It serves more than 1,200 3PLs that need to run multi-client warehouses, connect to many sales channels and bill each client accurately. In September 2026 it was acquired by Descartes Systems Group and continues under the Extensiv brand.

Extensiv 3PL Warehouse Manager is a cloud WMS for receiving, inventory, B2B and B2C order fulfilment and shipping across clients. It is complemented by Billing Manager for automated 3PL invoicing, Smartscan mobile scanning, a Small Parcel Suite for carrier rating and labels, Network Manager for 4PL and multi-warehouse networks, Integration Manager (formerly CartRover) linking hundreds of storefronts and marketplaces, Reporting and Analytics, and Extensiv AI, which draws on operational warehouse data. Customers include Averitt Express, Quality Distribution and APS Fulfillment.
