Fest by SCGP and Go-Pak Fibre-Based Foodservice Packaging

SCG Packaging (SCGP) is a multinational consumer packaging solutions provider headquartered in Bangkok, Thailand, with operations across ASEAN. Supermarket chains in Vietnam can replace foam meat trays with paper trays for chilled fresh meat. QSR and coffee chains can source paper cups, lids, food boxes and paper cutlery from a local plant in Binh Duong. Ready-meal producers can use chilled food trays for convenience store channels.

Buyers get a regional supplier with production in Thailand and Vietnam and a full range of fibre and paper-based foodservice formats that replace plastic and foam items. New products such as Fest Fresh Pak paper trays for chilled fresh meat and paper cutlery sets target plastic reduction in retail and food service. More than 279 SCGP products hold Carbon Footprint of Products certification, supporting customers' Scope 3 reporting.

Vietnam plans to stop producing and importing single-use plastic products and non-biodegradable plastic packaging after 2030, and retailers and food chains are shifting to paper and fibre formats. Foodservice packaging demand in ASEAN is rising with food delivery and modern retail.
