1. Technology overview
FortyGuard provides temperature intelligence for the physical world, modelling how temperature behaves at the level of sites, assets and operations. It uses what it calls Large Temperature Models for hyperlocal urban heat intelligence at meter resolution. The company lists offices in Washington DC, San Jose and Abu Dhabi.
The workflow observes ground, weather, satellite and terrain data, infers local thermal state, forecasts, simulates interventions such as shade or materials, and returns rankings or evidence packages. Products are a Temperature Dashboard, Temperature API, Temperature MCP and Temperature Enterprise. A 12-hour street-level forecast was added to the dashboard in May 2026.
2. Highlighted features & specifications
- Temperature Dashboard: site and asset heat views with 12-hour hourly forecasts.
- Temperature API: programmatic access to hyperlocal temperature data.
- Temperature MCP: agent tool access for natural-language workflows.
- Intervention simulation: test geometry, materials, shade and cooling effects.
- Decision outputs: site rankings, routing scores, operating windows and evidence packages.
3. Potential application
Real estate developers can compare shading and material options for new districts. Logistics and construction firms can schedule outdoor shifts around forecast heat peaks. City authorities can rank neighborhoods for cooling investments.
4. Benefits
Street-level heat data supports decisions on shade, cooling and work scheduling. Intervention simulation compares design options before construction. API and MCP access let heat data enter existing workflows. A free sign-up and startup program lower the barrier to trial.
5. Market trends & opportunities
Extreme heat is becoming a planning and worker-safety issue for cities, logistics and energy operators, and regional weather models cannot resolve street-level differences. Vietnamese cities with dense construction and heat island effects need such granular data for urban design and outdoor labor planning.
6. Other information
