Freespace reports more than $100m saved in real estate costs for its customers, 86% satisfaction for ease of use and a 62% increase in team co-location. Sensor data supports right-sizing, dynamic cleaning, department chargebacks and fire loading risk alerts. A 3-month occupancy trial with a small one-time setup fee lets buyers test before a full rollout.

Hybrid work has left many offices underused while rents and energy costs stay high, so occupiers want measured utilisation before renewing leases or redesigning floors. Multinationals and Grade A office tenants in Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi face the same pressure to consolidate space and prove the value of the office.
