GeneStory

GeneStory is a Vietnamese genetic testing company that provides gene-decoding reports for personal health. Backed by Vingroup and drawing on data from the 1,000 Vietnamese Genomes project, it analyses customer DNA samples to report on disease risk, drug response (pharmacogenomics), nutrition and metabolism, physical and fitness traits, and other characteristics. Its laboratory is licensed by the local Department of Health, and its reference database is built from Vietnamese genomic samples. Customers register, pay, provide a sample, and receive results followed by a consultation. Product lines include general wellness packages and screening and treatment-support packages.
