GoBright Smart Workplace Booking, Sensors and Signage

GoBright Smart Workplace Solutions is a Dutch smart workplace software company based in Alblasserdam, the Netherlands. It started in 2016 as a room and desk booking platform and sells its software only through AV integrators and resellers, who handle hardware, installation and customer relationships.

The platform covers room booking, desk booking with hoteling and hot desking, visitor management, digital signage, parking space management and analytics. It syncs with Outlook, Teams and Google Workspace and drives meeting room displays and desk indicators. A sensor network built around the Advanced Gateway measures occupancy, people counts, CO2, humidity and temperature, and the acquisition of 12CU adds occupancy measurement from existing Wi-Fi. Energy monitoring can cut power to unused desks and screens, and analytics supports cleaning, HVAC and ROI decisions. Recent additions include a Teams booking assistant, a map editor and maintenance mode.

GoBright cites 50% more efficient desk utilisation and 38% higher employee productivity on its site. Licensing is asset-based with no per-user fees, and the company says energy savings from switching off unused desks and screens pay back in about four years. Selling through AV integrators lets buyers source software, displays and installation from one local partner. ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 27001 certification supports procurement.

Workplace booking is converging with building energy management as companies look for savings in underused offices. AV integrators are bundling booking software with meeting room hardware. In Vietnam, system integrators that install meeting room and display equipment for corporate offices can add booking and occupancy software to their offer.
