GoParkin Smart Car Park Suite

ST Engineering Urban Solutions is the smart city unit of ST Engineering, a Singapore group that reports more than 700 smart city projects across 130 cities. GoParkin is a cloud-based platform and mobile app that unifies car park and EV charging operations. It uses automatic number plate recognition for barrier-free, ticketless entry and exit, calculates fees at exit and bills a registered account, and gives operators real-time visibility and analytics of occupancy, fee collection, reservations and ad hoc parking. It was first deployed at NTU Singapore and in 2026 was awarded for a business park in Jordan.

Car park owners can remove barriers and payment stations and run entry through plate recognition. A single platform covers occupancy, fees, reservations and EV charging, which helps optimise space use, efficiency and maintenance. Drivers use a mobile app for cashless payment and live availability, and an asset management module supports preventive maintenance.

Car park operators are moving to barrier-free, plate-recognition entry and want parking and EV charging managed together as EV adoption grows. Southeast Asian property developers and campuses increasingly adopt cloud platforms for cashless parking. Vietnamese malls and campuses face similar EV charging and congestion demands.
