Reefer Runner is a wireless plug-and-play system: battery-powered tags connected to each reefer's data port send temperature, power status, energy use, alarms and performance data to a central dashboard integrated with the terminal operating system. It was the first reefer monitoring system validated under Navis Ready for Navis N4 and also works with Tideworks and other TOS. Mechanics use a tablet or smartphone app, and the system supports remote setpoint changes, automated log downloads for claims and energy reporting. A Reefer Runner 5G variant extends monitoring along transport routes. Named users include PSA, APMT, Eurogate, Ports America, TTI, Yilport and Bolloré.
