Kelsius is a technology company founded in 2000 that provides digital temperature monitoring and paperless checklist systems for food and healthcare. Its systems are installed in over 50 countries, with data centres in Ireland and a market presence in the UK and Ireland.

FoodTrak365 and CoolTrak365, announced in January 2026, add in-transit monitoring to its facility products. They combine GPS tracking and temperature sensing with AI-driven true temperature algorithms, real-time excursion alerts, automated reports and customisable dashboards, so that transport and storage data sit in one portal.
