ORS Corp (Ouransoft Group JSC) is a Vietnamese technology company headquartered in Hai Phong that focuses on digital transformation for manufacturers. It holds a science and technology enterprise certificate issued in November 2021 and reports supporting more than 721 factories in over 24 provinces.

O-MES is a manufacturing execution system tailored to each client's processes. It standardises master data, plans and optimises capacity, collects output automatically through IoT sensors, tracks equipment, moulds and tools with QR codes, manages warehouse movements by location, gathers IQC, PQC and OQC quality data, calculates KPIs from real data and uses big data to forecast anomalies with real-time alerts and 3D monitoring.

A plastic injection or stamping supplier can track mould life and machine output automatically. A packaging plant can produce daily output and KPI reports without manual compilation. A concrete or building materials producer can connect quality checks with equipment data.

A customer reports that monthly output reports which used to take 3 to 5 days now take a few minutes. Production directors can answer delivery-time questions without walking the shop floor. Linking equipment data with three quality gates makes it easier to trace the cause of defects.

Northern Vietnam's industrial zones around Hai Phong host many automotive, electronics and packaging suppliers that must report output, quality and delivery data to FDI customers. MES tailored to local processes, combined with IoT retrofits, is a practical path for these suppliers to move off paper reports.
