Omnea Agentic Procurement OS

Omnea is a London-based AI procurement platform, founded in 2022 according to its Series B press release. The company calls its product the agentic operating system for procurement, covering intake and orchestration through source-to-pay. On 17 September 2025 it announced USD 50 million in Series B funding led by Insight Partners and Khosla Ventures.

Modules include intake and orchestration, source-to-contract, procure-to-pay, and supplier management with third-party risk monitoring. Platform components include Omnea AI, a workflow builder, an MCP server and a supplier portal. It reports more than 200 integrations across ERPs, CLMs and GRC tools.

Procurement teams are consolidating intake, approvals and supplier risk into AI-orchestrated platforms. Vietnamese enterprises with scattered indirect spend across departments, and multinationals with Vietnamese subsidiaries, face the same fragmentation.

USD 50 million Series B announced 17 September 2025 with Accel, Point Nine, First Round Capital and Prosus; total funding over USD 75 million. Customers named include Spotify, Wise, MongoDB and The Adecco Group.
