OnTrak UWB/BLE RTLS

Nhatrang Hitech (NHTC) is a Vietnamese company operating since 2011, headquartered in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa with an R&D office in Ho Chi Minh City. It researches, designs and manufactures electronic devices and IoT solutions, and its OnTrak brand gives Vietnamese enterprises a locally built alternative to imported real-time location systems.

OnTrak RTLS combines UWB positioning with accuracy of 30 cm or better and BLE, with open, customizable software. For factories it offers 12 modules, including AssetTrack, MaterialFlow and WIPFlow for asset and work-in-progress tracking, SafeZone, KEEPSAFE and SAR for safety zones, collision warning and emergency response, and FlowInsight, CycleAI and TracknTrace for flow, cycle-time and traceability analytics. Variants serve buildings, data centers, hospitals, retail, resorts, oil and gas and mines, and it connects to ERP, WMS and MES via open APIs.

An electronics assembly plant can track WIP trays and detect bottlenecks between lines with WIPFlow and CycleAI. A warehouse can use KEEPSAFE to warn forklift drivers when workers are nearby. A hospital or data center can locate equipment and control access to restricted rooms.

NHTC states that OnTrak can cut asset search time by up to 80%, raise productivity by 30% and lower unplanned downtime by 35%, with traceability accuracy of 99.5%. As a Vietnamese vendor with local R&D, it can customize software and support deployments on site. Phased pilot-to-rollout deployment limits upfront risk, and open APIs connect location data to existing ERP, WMS and MES.

Vietnamese manufacturers and FDI suppliers face growing pressure for traceability, lean production and workplace safety, which raises interest in real-time location data. Government programs encouraging Make in Vietnam technology favor domestic IoT vendors. UWB chips have become cheaper, allowing local firms to build competitive RTLS products.
