Pay2S Automatic Payment and Open Banking API

Pay2S is a payment-automation service developed by FUTE JSC, a Vietnamese company headquartered in Ho Chi Minh City. It connects to business bank accounts so that incoming transfers can be detected and matched to orders automatically, without relying on a card-style payment intermediary.

The service offers an Open Banking API, webhooks for balance-change notifications, a balance-history API, an online payment API with IPN callbacks, automatic e-invoice issuance and a BankHub product for software partners. Transaction data is digitally signed (RSA-PSS SHA-256). It integrates with WooCommerce, WHMCS, HostBill, Sapo and Google Sheets, and supports partner banks such as Vietcombank, MB, ACB, BIDV and OCB.

• Developer portal: Provides documentation and a sandbox for testing API integration.

Online shops and e-commerce sites can confirm orders automatically after a customer transfers money. Hosting and SaaS providers can activate services through WHMCS once payment arrives. Retail chains can track collections per store and issue e-invoices automatically.

Orders are confirmed automatically once a transfer arrives, which reduces manual reconciliation. A free plan covers one bank account and up to 50 transactions per month, so small businesses can start without a package fee. Notifications reach Telegram, Zalo or Lark, and store and staff permissions help manage multiple branches.

Vietnamese businesses increasingly accept bank transfers and VietQR payments, which creates demand for automatic reconciliation and invoicing tools. Open Banking and Open API rules from the State Bank of Vietnam are pushing banks and software providers toward API-based integration.
