Peak3 is a Singapore-headquartered insurance software company founded in 2018 as ZA Tech and rebranded as Peak3 in 2024. It builds cloud- and AI-native platforms that let insurers, MGAs and brokers replace rigid legacy cores and launch products across several countries.

Graphene is a modular core for policy administration, billing and claims across life and savings, accident and health, and property and casualty lines. Fusion is an orchestration platform for embedding and distributing partner insurance products, and a set of AI agents covers conversation, document processing, triage, claims and medical underwriting. Graphene Harness is an AI delivery architecture for building, testing and migrating insurance systems. Customers include MSIG Asia, which named Peak3 a strategic platform partner.

Insurers can run several product lines and countries on one cloud core instead of separate legacy systems. The company states its technology has enabled more than 3 billion policies across operations in 20+ countries with 50+ client deployments. AI agents reduce manual work in document handling, claims and medical underwriting, and the SOC 2 Type II attestation supports vendor due diligence.
